William L. Server

William Server has more than forty years of technical experience in materials applications, failure analyses, radiation effects, and structural integrity evaluations for the electric utility industry. He is internationally known as a technical expert in the areas of fracture mechanics, management of materials aging issues, and nuclear reactor pressure vessel integrity.  Server is the founding Principal for ATI Consulting which began business in 1991. He has chaired several IAEA coordinated research projects and special technical meetings/conferences for IAEA, ASTM, ASME, and others.  More than 150 technical papers have been published and awards for outstanding papers and/or technical meeting sessions have been received.
